AWARDS DEADLINES
The Awards Chairman encourages Garden Clubs to apply for awards that recognize projects and special programs for the 2009 Calendar Year. Emphasis is placed on abiding by the Award submission deadlines. These are actual deadlines (postmarked). Applications mailed late will not be eligible.
Deadlines:
- Oct. 2, 2009
Yearbook #40: One copy each to District Director & GCI Awards Chairman.
- Nov. 1, 2009
All Award Applications for events/activities held on or before October 20.
Landscape Design Council Award #24
(For Awards to be submitted Jan. 1, Clubs must notify Awards Chairman of their intention to do so by this date)
- Dec. 15, 2009
#42 Club Achievement Award, #48 Club Horticulture Award
- Jan. 1, 2010
Award #12 and all award applications for events held after October 20.

#47 Publicity Press Book - send to GCI 3rd Vice president
- Mar. 2, 2010
Award #82 (VIP Award) Send letters with check to GCI 1st Vice president.
